Guidelines

Most HairArt appliances are sold with a 12 month warranty from the date of purchase. This limited time warranty is only valid with the original sales receipt including the date and location of purchase.

How to Submit a Warranty Claim

If you qualify, and your appliance is not damaged due to misuse, follow the steps below.

  1. Complete and print the Service Request form > Click here 
  2. Attach the original sales receipt to the form
  3. Choose a Method of Payment ($14.95 USD for shipping and handling) CHECK or Money ORDER
  4. Send your appliance along with the paperwork to the address on the form

Non-Warranty Service Repairs

If your appliance was purchased more than a year ago and do not qualify for repairs under warranty, follow the steps below. HairArt will assess the damages, and in the event that the Service Team is unable to make the necessary repairs, we’ll will mail you a replacement.

  1. Complete and print the Service Request form > Click here 
  2. Choose a Method of Payment ($40 USD. The fee covers the repair plus shipping and handling) Check or Money Order
  3. Send your appliance along with the paperwork to the address on the form
