Hello non-US based customers,

Because of Covid-19 issues and the government based dismantling of the USPS, our non-privatized mail service, we regret to inform you that non-US shipments  going via USPS have been experiencing some SIGNIFICANT delays when shipped USPS, up to 8 weeks!

UPDATE 06/01/2020, 08/12/2021

ALL NON-US ORDERS: We offer now both USPS and UPS shipping Overseas / Canada because of pandemic related unreliability. READ BEFORE PURCHASING!!

IMPORTANT: UPS and DHL are reliable but will include an extra BROKERAGE fee that must be paid by you on DELIVERY. SEE MORE BELOW**

REFUSING an order because of that fee will result in us only being able to refund you minus what shipping charges the carrier charges us. IT CAN BE SIGNIFICANT and result in zero funds available for refund.

We are doing our best to come up with an affordable and dependable option.

ONCE AGAIN, IMPORTANT: IF YOU CANCEL AN ORDER THAT HAS ALREADY BEEN SHIPPED, WE CAN ONLY REFUND YOU THE AMOUNT MINUS WHAT WE'VE ACTUALLY SPENT ON SHIPPING AND RETURN SHIPPING.

** All non U.S. orders can go either USPS or UPS.

LET US KNOW WHICH SHIPPING METHOD YOU WANT IF YOU WISH A CHANGE IN SHIPPING METHODS AFTER YOUR ORDER IS PLACED and we'll ship out your order out via the alternate carrier asap.

While USPS is reported to have improved now, we cannot guarantee USPS transit time. Once it leaves our facility, it is literally and figuratively out of our hands.

IF you've chosen UPS, UPS will charge you fees upon delivery which we are not responsible for.

These fees are: Brokerage fees and VAT / Taxes which are 100% your responsibility.

If you choose USPS, they do not charge you Brokerage fees, only the regular taxes / VAT.

We apologize for the inconvenience.
