OUR RETURNS POLICY FOR SALONS AND DISTRIBUTORS

IMPORTANT: RETURNS RECIEVED WITHOUT A RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) ISSUED WILL BE REFUSED! CALL TO GET YOUR RMA BEFORE SENDING YOUR RETURN IN. 

HairArt Products:

  • To Ensure prompt and proper credit, or replacement of returned items, please follow the guide lines below: 

    • Request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) by calling HairArt’s Customer Service Department at 1.888.HAIRART (1.888.424.7278) ext 1 
    • Include a note with your company name, phone number, and address. Include a list of all items/item numbers being returned with the Invoice Number from which the items were purchased. If no Invoice number is provided, credit will be issued at the lowest price in your purchase history. 
    • All Items must be sent back inresalable condition. All packaging must be intact and unused for credit unless defective. 
    • All returned Barber Cases will need to be sent with the lock combination or shipped unlocked.  If a Barber Case is shipped to our facility without being unlocked or without the combination, a refund will not be given. We are not responsible for forgotten combinations and will not provide credit in those circumstances.
    • Hairart reserves the right to apply a 25% restocking fee for all items ordered in error, overstock, or unwanted items.

House of European Hair / Invisi-tab Return Policy:


If you are not 100% happy with your purchase we can easily accept all eligible items for return/exchange.
  • Request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) by emailing or calling House of European Hair / Invisi-tab's Customer Service Department at 1.888.HAIRART(1.888.424.7278) ext 2 
  • All eligible items for return/exchange must be in its original condition in its original packaging along with the invoice #. Items must be returned within the allowed timeframe. 
  • Items marked "Lucky Box" are sold As-is and are not eligible for return/exchange.
  • Items cannot be worn, chemically treated, cut, washed, or altered in any way, including the removal of tags and labels, if applicable. If exposed to odors, such as cigarette smoke or perfume, items will not be accepted. 
  • You may return any eligible product postmarked within 30 days of the ship date on the invoice. Please note a restocking fee of 15% of the total sale order will apply if returned after 10 business days of the invoice date.
  • Please allow 3-7 business days for the return/exchange to be processed from the received date, the RMA process helps expedite this process,
